Carrot and potato casserole with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,000 g carrot(s)
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 4 onions
  • n. B. broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some marjoram, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very tasty, very healthy

Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots, and cook them with the broth and marjoram until soft. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat with the finely chopped onions until crumbly and season to taste. Drain the potato and carrot mixture (reserving the broth). Mash it coarsely with the sour cream and, if desired, a little of the broth. Season with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Transfer to a baking dish and spread the minced meat mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
