Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small apples
- 2 small carrots
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 4 tbsp yogurt (skimmed milk yogurt)
Instructions

quick and tasty
Place the almond flakes in a dry pan and toast. Meanwhile, peel and finely grate the carrots and apples. Mix together the almond flakes, yogurt, carrots, and apples.
