Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g cream cheese, grainy
- 100 g carrot(s), peeled
- ½ tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely grate the carrots, mix the cream cheese with the honey, olive oil, and parsley. Add the carrots and season with a little salt.
