Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 150 g oat flakes, coarse
  • 1 tbsp thyme, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • some salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the carrots, peel if desired, and grate them. Mix the carrots with the oats, eggs, thyme, and lemon juice, and season with salt and nutmeg. Place 1 heaped tablespoon of the carrot mixture onto the baking sheet for each patty and flatten slightly to form a patty. Then bake the patties for 15 minutes at 175°C until golden brown. Serve with a salad or avocado dip.
