- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 8 lettuce leaves

Fry the chicken steaks in a pan or on the grill for about 5-8 minutes on each side. Toast/heat a roll or sliced bread, or place it on the grill. Wash and slice the cucumber, tomato, and lettuce leaves. Spread ketchup on one side of the roll or sliced bread and salad dressing on the other. Arrange the meat and vegetables on top and fold together. Tip: If you like, you can expand the recipe with fried eggs, baked bacon, and fried onions.
