Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 600 g carrot(s) or 1 can corn kernels
- 40 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 5 sprigs of parsley
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegetarian dish, tastes good to children
Peel and grate the carrots. Drain the corn. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Fry the pancakes in oil. Let them sizzle in a pan until browned on both sides. Serve with herb curd and salad.
