Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 carrots
  • 2 firm apples, e.g. Granny Smith
  • 1 orange(s)
  • ¼ lemon(s)
  • 1 piece(s) of ginger root, approx. 0.5 cm
  • 1 piece(s) turmeric root, approx. 0.5 cm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fresh from the juicer

Wash the carrots and cut off the tops and bottoms. Wash the apples and halve them if necessary. Peel the orange and lemon. Halve the orange. Add everything one at a time to the juicer. Makes about 500 ml. Tip: If you don’t have fresh turmeric root, use turmeric powder instead.
