CARROT PASTINAKE SOUP
The perfect carrot pastinake soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Carrots
- 250 g Parsnips
- 250 g Potatoes
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 Onion
- 1 Homemade vegetable broth
- 4 Sausages
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel the carrots and parsnips, cut into slices, peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Wash the leek thoroughly in rings and cut the peeled onion into cubes
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions, add the vegetables and potatoes, let them sauté.
- Now pour in 1 liter of water, stir in the broth, season with salt and pepper and simmer with the lid closed for about 15-20 minutes.
