CARROT PASTINAKE SOUP

The perfect carrot pastinake soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Carrots
  • 250 g Parsnips
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Homemade vegetable broth
  • 4 Sausages
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel the carrots and parsnips, cut into slices, peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Wash the leek thoroughly in rings and cut the peeled onion into cubes
  3. Heat a little oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions, add the vegetables and potatoes, let them sauté.
  4. Now pour in 1 liter of water, stir in the broth, season with salt and pepper and simmer with the lid closed for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Slice the sausages, add them to the soup and let them warm up.
