Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • some horseradish
  • Salt
  • 75 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • e.g. lettuce leaves
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel, wash, and finely grate the carrots. Peel and finely grate the apples, and drizzle with lemon juice. Let the carrots and apples marinate in a mixture of oil, honey, horseradish, salt, and hazelnuts. Arrange on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
