Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 50 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Grate the carrots and apple. Stir in the sour cream, salt, and pepper and let it simmer. Roast the sunflower seeds in a non-stick pan without oil and sprinkle over the mixture.
