Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the carrots and then grate them very finely (it’s quick and easy with a food processor). Add the sour cream to the grated carrots and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
