Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • some sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Peel the carrots and cut them into thick sticks. Cook them until al dente. Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients and pour it over the still-warm carrots. Let it marinate for about 1-2 days. Simply delicious!
