Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 10 carrots
- 1 can pineapple pieces
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some sugar
- some pineapple juice from the can
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and grate the carrots. Drain the pineapple and add it. Add the vanilla sugar, sugar, and some of the reserved pineapple juice. Stir.
