Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • ½ apple
  • ½ tsp oil
  • some sugar
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. Sultanas
  • possibly pine nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and grate the carrots. Peel and grate half an apple. Mix with the remaining ingredients and serve.
