Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ pack of salad seasoning mix (garlic and herbs)
  • some lemon balm, fresh
  • some chives
  • some parsley
  • some oil
  • some water
  • some balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

crazy but good

Combine water, balsamic vinegar, oil, and salad seasoning in a bowl and mix together. Finely chop the parsley, chives, and lemon balm, then mix everything again. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Peel and grate the carrots. Combine both ingredients in the bowl, mix, and serve. It all sounds a bit adventurous. But it tastes delicious—especially in hot weather.
