Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 15 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 packs of sheep cheese (from Patros), pickled in brine
  • ½ onion(s), diced
  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper
  • herbal salt
  • 1 handful of basil, fresh
  • 1 shot of vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with cocktail tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese

First, prepare a marinade with olive oil, vinegar, chopped basil leaves, crushed garlic, diced onion, herb salt, and pepper. Then, wash, halve, and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Peel and deseed the cucumber, and cut into squares. Cut the feta cheese in half to create two slices. Then cut these into small cubes. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with the marinade and let it marinate for half an hour before serving. Serve with a baguette and a glass of red wine.
