Carrot smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g carrot(s)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger (approx. 2 cm)
  • 8 dried apricots
  • 400 ml water, hot
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean, peel, rinse, and roughly dice the carrots. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Roughly chop the apricots. Place everything in a blender and blend with hot water until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. Season with a little turmeric powder, divide between glasses, and serve hot or cold.
