Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg ribs (sharp ribs, thick ribs)
  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cube of stock

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the meat with salt and the stock cube until tender. Remove from the stock and set aside. Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes, add to the stock, and cook. Chop the meat into small pieces and add it last.
