  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Ginger powder
  • nutmeg
  • Caraway powder
  • curry powder
  • 1 baguette(s)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel the carrots and chop them into large pieces. Simmer in one liter of water for one hour, then puree. Season with salt, pepper, ginger, nutmeg, caraway, curry, and honey. Serve with the baguette.
