Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 1 liter of broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

simple and delicious

Peel and slice the ingredients. First, add the carrots to the pot and season with salt and pepper. Next, add the potatoes and then the onions on top. Finally, add 1 liter of broth and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, then let stand for another 10 minutes. Finally, puree everything and serve. If the soup is too thick, add more broth.
