Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- 1 bulb(s) of ginger
- 1 can coconut milk
- some salt
- some nutmeg
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Peel and dice the carrots. Place the carrot pieces in a pot and add enough water to cover the carrot pieces. Add salt to create a briny consistency, like pasta. Cook until the carrots are tender. Puree the cooked carrots and add the coconut milk. Season with salt if desired and add grated ginger and nutmeg to taste.
