Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can chickpeas, approx. 250 g
- 250 g carrot(s)
- ½ lemon(s)
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp dill
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard, sweet
- black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

Rinse the chickpeas under cold water. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces. Squeeze the lemon. Puree all ingredients in a food processor or with an immersion blender until creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Variation: For a completely creamy consistency, steam the carrots in salted water before chopping.
