Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel, wash, and slice the carrots. Heat the butter, add the carrots, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Add water and simmer in a covered saucepan over low heat. Add the crème fraîche and chopped parsley, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
