Ingredients
- 1000 g Diced carrots
- 10 Medium potato
- 1 Diced onion
- 2 Bratwurst fresh
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
- Sweat the onions in a saucepan and some olive oil, then add the carrots, fry briefly, add salt, pepper, sugar and the vegetable stock dissolved in water. Simmer for about 20 minutes, boiling the potatoes in between.
- Fry the fresh sausage in a little olive oil in a pan. Serve and you're done. Good Appetite.
