Carrot Vegetables with Fresh Sausage

The perfect carrot vegetables with fresh sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g Diced carrots
  • 10 Medium sized potato
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 2 Bratwurst fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable broth
  • 200 Milliliters Water
  1. Sweat the onions in a saucepan and some olive oil, then add the carrots, fry briefly, add salt, pepper, sugar and the vegetable stock dissolved in water. Simmer for about 20 minutes, boiling the potatoes in between.
  2. Fry the fresh sausage in a little olive oil in a pan. Serve and you’re done. Good Appetite.
