Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g carrot(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp ginger root, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 120 g feta cheese (sheep’s cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat the butter, add the mustard seeds, and fry for 1 minute. Add the sliced ​​carrots and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until the carrot slices are al dente. Season with freshly grated ginger, parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve with crumbled feta cheese.
