Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g carrot(s)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp ginger root, freshly grated
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 120 g feta cheese (sheep’s cheese)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Heat the butter, add the mustard seeds, and fry for 1 minute. Add the sliced carrots and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until the carrot slices are al dente. Season with freshly grated ginger, parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve with crumbled feta cheese.
