Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 750 g mushrooms
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp coriander or parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté, covered, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Increase heat to high, stirring frequently. Press in garlic, stir gently, and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in cilantro or parsley and sauté for 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve.
