- 6 piece Potatoes new
- 6 piece Carrots
- 0,5 piece Castello chives cheese
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 50 Milliliters Milk
- Wiener sausages
- Cooked fish
- Clean and grate the carrots and bring to the boil with water, salt and sugar.
- Peel, cut and boil the potatoes.
- Open the fridge and see what’s in there, e.g. E.g. sausages or a piece of fish cooked on the weekend. Still enjoyable, guaranteed!
- When the carrots are ready, pour them off, stir in the cream cheese with the milk and add the carrots again, stir, season with pepper if necessary.
- Drain the potatoes, allow them to evaporate.
