Carrots – Potato Vegetables
The perfect carrots – potato vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 kg Carrots
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt pepper sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth (instant)
- 125 ml Milk
- Peel, dice and cook the potatoes.
- Peel and dice the carrots. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the carrots, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar and cook for about 10 minutes (not too soft).
- Add the potatoes to the carrots and mix. Dissolve the flour and broth in the milk, pour over and bring to the boil briefly.
- Evt. Season again with salt and pepper.
- With bratwurst or meatballs …………… Enjoy your meal.
