Carrots – Potato Vegetables

The perfect carrots – potato vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 kg Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt pepper sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 125 ml Milk
  1. Peel, dice and cook the potatoes.
  2. Peel and dice the carrots. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the carrots, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar and cook for about 10 minutes (not too soft).
  3. Add the potatoes to the carrots and mix. Dissolve the flour and broth in the milk, pour over and bring to the boil briefly.
  4. Evt. Season again with salt and pepper.
  5. With bratwurst or meatballs …………… Enjoy your meal.
