Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 rolls
- 2 eggs
- Milk
- 4 servings of sauce (custard)
- Breadcrumbs
- lots of margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quarter the rolls, beat 1-2 eggs. Soak the rolls in fresh milk and the eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with plenty of margarine until browned. Serve on a plate with custard.
