- 6 Pc. Dumplings
- 300 g Leek
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 2 Pc. Sliced carrots
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 0,25 Pc. Cinnamon bark
- 0,25 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- 200 g Cream
- 1 Cup Peas
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 50 ml Water cold
- 100 g Berg cheese grated e.g. Aldi
- 5 Pc. Broad beans
Dumplings :
- Cut into slices, layer in a baking dish.
sweat:
