Mince Mustard Soup
The perfect mince mustard soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 small can Chopped tomatoes
- 200 ml Tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 4 Potatoes
- 4 tablespoon Corn cooked
- 2 tablespoon Mustard hot
- 2 teaspoon Honey liquid
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried chilli
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly.
- Peel the onion and garlic to the minced meat and sauté everything.
- Add the tomato pieces, tomato juice, tomato paste stock and the peeled potatoes cut into cubes.
- Bring everything to the boil and then cook for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
- Now add the corn and heat briefly, season with mustard, honey, salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
- Now serve the soup on a plate with a little sour cream – Bon appetit; 🙂
