Casserole: Lasagna
The perfect casserole: lasagna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Bolognese s.m.KB
- 40 g Butter
- 40 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
Pasta dough:
- 200 g Pasta flour or Viennese semolina
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- 1 shot Olive oil
- Butter for the mold
- 50 g Grated cheese
- For the pasta dough, knead all the ingredients, let stand for 1 hour and then roll out thinly, cut so tightly that the dough fits into the baking dish.
- Put the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and make a roux, slowly pour in as much milk until it has a thick consistency, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Gently heat the Bolognese. Briefly blanch the pasta sheets then place in the buttered tin. Top it with a layer of Bolognese and some sauce, then pasta sheets and again Bolognese. Finally, spread a layer of pasta dough on top of the sauce and then the cheese.
- Bake everything in the oven at 200 C ° for about 1/2 hour.
