Casserole: Lasagna

The perfect casserole: lasagna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Bolognese s.m.KB
  • 40 g Butter
  • 40 g Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg

Pasta dough:

  • 200 g Pasta flour or Viennese semolina
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • Butter for the mold
  • 50 g Grated cheese
  1. For the pasta dough, knead all the ingredients, let stand for 1 hour and then roll out thinly, cut so tightly that the dough fits into the baking dish.
  2. Put the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and make a roux, slowly pour in as much milk until it has a thick consistency, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Gently heat the Bolognese. Briefly blanch the pasta sheets then place in the buttered tin. Top it with a layer of Bolognese and some sauce, then pasta sheets and again Bolognese. Finally, spread a layer of pasta dough on top of the sauce and then the cheese.
  4. Bake everything in the oven at 200 C ° for about 1/2 hour.
