The perfect smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 Pc. Banana
  • 1 piece Sharon fruit
  • 1 Pc. Kiwi
  • 1 Pc. Orange
  • 2 tbsp Oatmeal
  1. Cut the ingredients into small pieces, fill up with milk and add oat flakes. Puree with a blender until you get a smoothie! The ingredients can be varied, recently I had a grape / banana / oatmeal / milk smoothie – very, very tasty!
  1. You can also use it to make a delicious smoothie when the fruit is no longer that “crunchy”!
