Smoothie
The perfect smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 Pc. Banana
- 1 piece Sharon fruit
- 1 Pc. Kiwi
- 1 Pc. Orange
- 2 tbsp Oatmeal
- Cut the ingredients into small pieces, fill up with milk and add oat flakes. Puree with a blender until you get a smoothie! The ingredients can be varied, recently I had a grape / banana / oatmeal / milk smoothie – very, very tasty!
- You can also use it to make a delicious smoothie when the fruit is no longer that “crunchy”!
