Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pasta penne
  • 350 g Pork minute steaks
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce light
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 stalks Leek
  • 1 packet Onionsoup
  • 400 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut minute steaks into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic and mix with the soy sauce. Marinate the meat in it for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Cook the noodles in salted boiling water and place in a greased casserole dish.
  • Fry the marinated meat in a pan in hot oil and place on top of the pasta. Clean the leek, cut into rings, wash, drain and spread on the meat. Scatter onion soup on top, pour cream on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for 30 minutes.
