Casserole with Beetroot Indian Style

The perfect casserole with beetroot indian style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Spices

  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Potatoes
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • 2 Dried chilli pepper
  • 4 Cardamom pod
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 pinch Ground turmeric spice
  • 0,5 tsp Ground coriander
  • 0,5 tsp Garam masala
  • Oil
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt

Note on the quantity ratio

Prepare vegetables

  1. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes & onions. Peel the beetroot with a vegetable peeler (preferably with 1x gloves and over the sink as a precaution) and also dice. Make sure that the beetroot has no contact with the other vegetables so that it does not rub off.

Spice up
