Apple and Walnut Muffins
The perfect apple and walnut muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Apples
- 120 g Walnuts
- 240 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 200 g Sugar brown
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 170 ml Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Mix the flour with the baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Slice the apples. Roughly chop the walnuts.
- In a large bowl, stir the butter with the sugar until frothy and then stir in the eggs and vanilla extract. Finally add the buttermilk and stir everything into a homogeneous mass.
- Quickly stir the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Finally fold in the grated apples and chopped walnuts.
- Bake the muffins at 190 ° C for about 20 minutes (stick test!). Enjoy your meal!
