Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Grated ginger
  • 3 Diced carrots
  • 1 Leek halved lengthways and cut
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Ground caraway
  • 150 g Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  • Fry the onion, ginger, leek and carrots in the hot fat, add the minced meat, season and fry briefly.
  • Mix the pasta with the minced vegetable mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Whisk eggs with milk, sour cream and spices, then pour over the pasta-vegetable mince mixture, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
