Pasta Mince Casserole

  • 400 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Grated ginger
  • 3 Diced carrots
  • 1 Leek halved lengthways and cut
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • Sea salt from the mill

  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Ground caraway
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  1. Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  2. Fry the onion, ginger, leek and carrots in the hot fat, add the minced meat, season and fry briefly.
  3. Mix the pasta with the minced vegetable mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
