Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- 1 Diced onion

- 500 g Minced meat

- 3 Eggs
- 150 g Sour cream
- 200 ml Milk

- Ground caraway
- 150 g Grated cheese
Instructions
- Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite.
- Fry the onion, ginger, leek and carrots in the hot fat, add the minced meat, season and fry briefly.
- Mix the pasta with the minced vegetable mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Whisk eggs with milk, sour cream and spices, then pour over the pasta-vegetable mince mixture, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
