Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 300 g flour
- 80 g dark chocolate coating
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 egg whites
- 50 g white chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
for little and big sweet tooths
Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath and let it cool slightly. Then mix all the ingredients together and fill a piping bag. Pipe approximately 5cm long strands onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (they should be slightly thicker at the front). Bake at 150°C for about 8 minutes. Dip one side into the melted white chocolate coating. If you like, you can also stick the cookies together with nougat and dip them in brown chocolate. Or stick them together with jam. TIP: SOFT BUTTER IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
