Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed or beef
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- Chinese spice
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry in a little oil in a deep pan until golden brown. Add the minced meat and fry. Then add the cauliflower, cut into small florets, and fry briefly. Deglaze with the broth. Add the ketchup and simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes. Then add the soy sauce and season with salt, pepper, and Chinese spices. Be careful with the salt; the soy sauce is already quite spicy. Serve with fresh bread or rice and a salad.
