Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 tbsp walnuts
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 400 ml soy milk (soy drink) (or other plant milk, e.g. from oats or rice)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
vegan, very cheap
Divide the cauliflower into florets and roughly chop the onion. Cook together in the broth until the cauliflower is tender. Blend with soy milk and walnuts and season with salt and pepper. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with paprika.
