Cauliflower casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 4 medium-sized jacket potatoes, boiled, peeled
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine (Rama) for cooking
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp herbs as desired
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and trim the cauliflower, cut it into florets, and steam it in a steamer for 10 minutes. Slice the boiled potatoes and dice the sausage. Layer everything in a casserole dish. Mix the Cremefine with the seasonings and spread it over the casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and sprinkle everything with breadcrumbs. Bake the casserole for about 15 minutes at 200°C.
