Cauliflower casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 8 m.-sized potatoes, waxy
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked, diced
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 50 g butter, cut into flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with minced meat and potatoes

Clean the cauliflower and cut into florets. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Cook everything in lightly salted water until al dente. Combine the minced meat with finely chopped onions, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, and season to taste. Place the cooked cauliflower and potatoes in a casserole dish, stir in the diced ham, and add the butter flakes. Spread the minced meat mixture over the casserole. Combine the cheese, cream, salt, pepper, and paprika and pour over the casserole. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
