Cauliflower Cheese Soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tsp, heaped chicken broth, instant
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • some parsley (fresh)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the cauliflower and cut it into small florets. Place the cauliflower in a pot, fill with 1 liter of water, and add the stock. Once the cauliflower is cooked, season with salt and pepper and add the cream cheese. Blend everything with a hand blender until creamy. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
