Beans – Cucumbers – Salad

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g beans, green
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • some oil
  • some savory (fresh or dried).

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

ideal for summer days

Wash the beans, remove the stems, and chop them. Place them in a pot of salted water and add the savory. Cook the beans until al dente and let them cool. Slice the cucumbers. Finely dice the onions. Place everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
