Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt
- curry powder
- pepper
- Nutmeg, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
simple but very tasty
Clean the cauliflower, then grate it and season. Then add the eggs and flour and stir until a smooth batter forms. Season to taste. Heat oil in a pan and add 2 tablespoons of batter to each cauliflower patty. Fry in batches over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with boiled potatoes and a green salad.
