Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes with North Sea Shrimps
The perfect cauliflower mashed potatoes with north sea shrimps recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cauliflower approx. 600 g (400 g + 200 g)
- 400 g Potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Instant vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 50 g Cooking cream
- 200 g Very small cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 75 g North Sea Crabs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Stalk 2 –4 Stängel Petersilie zum Garnieren
- Clean and wash the cauliflower, divide 400 g into large florets and cut 200 g very finely. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Boil cauliflower florets (400 g) with the potato cubes in water with salt (1 teaspoon) and vegetable stock (2 teaspoons) for about 18-20 minutes, drain, add butter (1 tablespoon) and cooking cream (50 g) and work through / mash with the potato masher . Fry the chopped cauliflower florets / parts in a pan with olive oil (2 tbsp) until golden-brown / stir-fry and season with salt (1 pinch). Arrange cauliflower and potato mash on 2 plates, top / sprinkle with the fried florets and North Sea shrimps, drizzle with olive oil (½ tablespoon each) and serve garnished with parsley.
