  • 5 tbsp Sifted flour
  • 5 tbsp Mineral water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Clarified butter
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 200 g Mushrooms brown
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Chilli pepper green or red
  • 3 Garlic cloves pressed
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Knife point Cayenne pepper
  1. PREPARATION: cut all the ingredients into slices. Pour olive oil into a cup and mix the pressed garlic cloves with cayenne pepper and a little salt.
  2. Mix the sifted flour with mineral water, a pinch of salt and the eggs with a whisk to form a smooth dough. (must not be too thin)
  3. Let the butter lard get hot in the pan and spread the smooth batter with a ladle from the center.
  4. Then quickly place the sliced ​​cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and the finely chopped chilli pepper on the dough. Spread some more batter over the top with a tablespoon and bake the pancakes for 5-8 minutes.
  5. After this time, turn the pancake and bake for 5-8 minutes. (the baking time depends on the coating on the pan)
