Wash and trim the cauliflower, and divide it into florets. Peel and dice the stalk. Wash, peel, and finely dice the potatoes. Bring the cauliflower and potato cubes to a boil with the water on high heat, then reduce the heat to 0.5 to 1.5, depending on your stove, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Wash the turkey, pat dry, and cut into thin slices across the grain. Cook the meat in a little water for about 20 minutes. Remove the turkey from the pot with a slotted spoon and add to the potatoes and cauliflower. Add oil and puree everything. If cooking with a pressure cooker, add the cauliflower, potatoes, and turkey to the pot together. Cooking time: 10 minutes. Add the corn oil and puree. Also delicious with broccoli.
