Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cauliflower
- e.g. vegetable broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 spring onions
- Salt
- possibly pomegranate, seeds removed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
as a vegetable or as a substitute for mashed potatoes
Clean the cauliflower and cook it in the vegetable broth. Cut it into florets and puree it with sour cream. Season with salt. Clean the spring onions and fold them in, sliced into rings. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, if desired.
