Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g kiwi(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 tsp, levelled lemon zest, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the kiwi, cut it into cubes, and simmer in a saucepan until it becomes a puree. Then, pass the kiwi through a sieve. Add the fruit, gelling sugar, and grated lemon zest and bring to a boil. After a few minutes, pour into jars and seal.
